Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how PeptideMaxxers LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Texas limited liability company, handles information in connection with the PeptideMaxxers iOS application ("App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. The App is designed with a local-first architecture — your data stays on your device.

2. Information we do NOT collect

The App does not collect, transmit, or store any of the following on external servers:

• Protocol logs, dose history, or compound selections
• Reconstitution calculator inputs or results
• Body composition data or HealthKit data
• Injection site selections or pain level ratings
• Cycle or stack configurations
• Progress or adherence data
• Personal health information of any kind

All of the above is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework and never leaves your device.

3. Apple HealthKit

The App may request read access to the following HealthKit data types, solely for displaying personalized context within the App:

• Body Mass — to display current weight and calculate BMI
• Height — to calculate BMI
• Body Fat Percentage — to display body composition context

HealthKit data is:

• Read from your local HealthKit store only when you actively use the relevant feature
• Never written to any external server, database, or cloud service
• Never used for advertising, marketing, or analytics purposes
• Never sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party
• Not cached or stored separately from HealthKit by the App

You may grant or revoke HealthKit permissions at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > PeptideMaxxers. The App functions fully without HealthKit access.

4. Sign in with Apple

If you choose to sign in with Apple, we receive:

• User identifier — a unique, anonymous ID assigned by Apple (not your Apple ID)
• Email address — only if you choose to share it (Apple offers a "Hide My Email" option)
• Display name — only if you choose to share it, and only on first sign-in

The user identifier is stored locally on your device and shared with RevenueCat solely for the purpose of linking your subscription across devices. We do not maintain a user account database. You are not required to sign in — the App functions fully without authentication.

5. Subscription management (RevenueCat)

We use RevenueCat, Inc. as our subscription management platform. When you purchase a subscription, RevenueCat processes the transaction through Apple's App Store and receives:

• An anonymous subscriber ID (or your Apple Sign-In user ID if authenticated)
• Subscription status (active, expired, trial)
• Transaction receipts from Apple

RevenueCat does not receive any health data, protocol logs, or personal information beyond what is necessary to manage your subscription. See RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

6. Local data storage

All user-generated content (protocol logs, compound selections, cycle configurations, dose history, notes, and preferences) is stored on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data:

• Persists only on the device where you installed the App
• Is deleted when you uninstall the App or use the "Delete All Data" function in Settings
• Is not backed up to any server operated by PeptideMaxxers LLC
• May be included in your device's iCloud backup if you have iCloud Backup enabled in your device settings

7. Analytics and tracking

The App does not include any third-party analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, or advertising frameworks. We do not collect usage analytics, crash reports, or behavioral data. We do not serve ads. We do not build user profiles.

8. Children's privacy

The App is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you are under 18, do not use the App.

9. Data deletion

Because all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over its deletion:

• In-App: Settings > Delete All Data removes all protocol logs, compound selections, and preferences
• Uninstall: Deleting the App from your device removes all locally stored data
• HealthKit: Revoke access in Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > PeptideMaxxers

To request deletion of your RevenueCat subscriber record, email support@peptidemaxxers.com.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
