By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

Information from third parties: Information from our telehealth platform partners, payment processors, analytics providers, and advertising platforms in connection with services we provide to you.

We may share your personal information in the following circumstances: with affiliated telehealth platform partners and independent licensed healthcare providers for the purpose of delivering Healthcare Services including consultations, prescriptions, and clinical oversight; with licensed compounding pharmacies for prescription fulfillment and medication delivery; with third-party payment processors via encrypted connections for transaction processing; with analytics and advertising partners to help us understand Platform usage and deliver relevant advertising; with service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, conducting our business, or serving you; to comply with applicable laws, regulations, subpoenas, or court orders; to enforce our Terms of Service and protect our rights, property, or safety; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, with notice provided to you.
4. Health information
Health information you provide through our assessment forms and quiz funnels is used to coordinate your care with licensed healthcare providers. When you engage in a telehealth consultation, your health information becomes part of a medical record governed by HIPAA and applicable state privacy laws. Our telehealth platform partners maintain HIPAA-compliant systems for the storage and transmission of protected health information. PeptideMaxxers does not access, store, or process protected health information (PHI) outside of the telehealth platform partner's HIPAA-compliant environment.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies to collect information about your browsing activity on the Platform. These technologies help us analyze traffic, personalize content, serve targeted advertisements, and understand the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect your ability to use certain features of the Platform.
6. Advertising and analytics
We work with third-party advertising and analytics companies including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok to serve advertisements on our behalf and to analyze Platform usage. Waitlist and marketing data is retained until you request removal. Health-related records maintained by our telehealth partners are retained in accordance with applicable medical records retention laws.

10. California residents

11. Children's privacy
The Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
